Yesterday, I seen on the WORS news board that I won the photo contest for the last week. Claire asked me if I could better myself for the next race. I don’t know the answer for that question yet, we will see. I hope that my race goes better than the last one. For this race I am planning to use two flashes and try something with those.

Tonight it was off with Quentin and Nate for some Fond Du Lac Tuesday night ride. The terrain down there is completely different from up here. There are actually hills down there, a lot of rollers. After an initial climb of about 9 minutes we caught up with the group that left before we got there. We ran into some construction and detour problems on the way down. I found out that I need to work on hills because I want to die when climbing. For the second, fast, lap Nate said that we were averaging 20.5 for the 11 miles with enough climbing that I said UNCLE repeatedly.
Tomorrow it is time to go and do a nice training ride, Thursday is the Bike Hub ride and hopefully after dark it is going to be a nice mountain bike ride. If anyone wants to go with me email me. Friday I get to ride up to Ladysmith and then hopefully Saturday I am going to go and ride in Hayward. I need to go to Rock Lake and ride the Ojibwa Trail. Then Sunday it is go time, I need to do better than last week.
